First Engagement Party Shoot

I feel super blessed to have met so many amazing and supportive friends this past year – it’s like having your very own cheerleaders! Anyways, one such cheerleader invited me to shoot her brother’s engagement party and I was both excited + nervous because I’ve never shot large groups of people before. Testing the Kenko 180 Lens

I’ve been at the Blue Door Studio & Retreat in Marshall, NC for a few days now and it’s been such a great experience thus far. It’s amazing being surrounded by people obsessed with photography and philosophy. I’m looking forward to learning about cyanotypes, large format photography, digital negatives, etc.

Today I tested a Kenko 180 mounted onto my 28mm lens with my Nikon D60. Here are a few of the results:
